If you have fixed quests via the console on PC you should have a good idea going in on this mod works, it's just in a menu not a console. Considering all the people I have seen who can't even do simple things and ask for help, this mod is probably a bit advanced for them. This does require the user to research and have at least some knowledge of quests. This is a not a simple click and done mod, like Cheat Menus. Essentially allow the user to fix broken quests. By "debug" I mean, set stages, complete quests, fail quest, etc.
The "Quest Debugger" mod is a mod which will help debug quests.
